What's collected
When you voluntarily submit the quote form on this site, the information you enter is sent to Cole Roden: your name, phone number, email address, street address, the service you're asking about, and any message you write. If you use the chat widget, the details you share in that conversation are also collected.
Nothing is collected just from browsing this site. There are no accounts, no logins, and no tracking of pages you view.
Why it's collected
To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote. That's it. The details you send are used to figure out what you need and to get back to you — not for anything else.
Where it goes
Quote form submissions are sent to GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), a customer relationship platform operated in the United States. Your information is stored and processed outside Canada and may be subject to United States law. This is disclosed under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), the applicable Canadian legislation.
Chat widget
The GoHighLevel chat widget sets cookies in your browser and stores the history of your conversation with Cole.
