What one person means
No salesperson, no handoff, no crew you've never met
A one-person operation isn't a limitation — it's the point. There's no salesperson reading your address off a lead sheet, and no different crew turning up to build what someone else quoted. The person who stands in your yard and gives you the number is the person who digs the base and lays the last stone.
- No salesperson. The person who comes to quote is the person who builds it.
- No crew you've never met. Cole is on site for the dig and the last joint.
- The same person on day one and day five — no handoff to a different crew mid-job.
- One person to call if something goes wrong two winters later.
And when something needs looking at two winters later, there's one name on the truck and one number to call — and it's the same person who built it. That's the whole argument for hiring one person rather than a company that hands your job to whoever's free that week.

Dynamic Landscapes is a fully insured operating business, not a side job. Insurance and a real business behind the work is what lets Cole put a warranty on what he builds.

The truck
Real equipment, not a yard sign
A branded pickup and dump trailer aren't decoration — they're how the work actually moves. Base material, block, and excavated soil all get hauled in and out on Cole's own equipment, which is one of the reasons a one-person operation can still take on a full build rather than just a repair.

Interlock and patios
New patios, walkways, steps and driveways, plus repair and relay of existing interlock.
Retaining walls
Structural block walls, raised planters, garden bed edging and armour stone.
Natural stone
Sandstone slab, flagstone and natural stone steps, hand-set piece by piece.
Asphalt sealing and crack filling
Driveway sealing with the cracks filled first, not sealed over.
